Cancellation Policy Regarding PVI Events, Workshops, and Studio Classes

Event Registration Deadlines: All PVI events, workshops and masterclasses have a one week advance registration deadline. In order to ensure that an event meets the minimum registration requirement, singers will have up until 7 days before an event to sign up online. 

PVI Cancellations

• In the event that PVI must cancel any events, workshops or studio classes, every attempt will be made to inform the PVI community via the website, Facebook, and when possible emails to registered participants. 

• If a guest artist must cancel a PVI event or workshop due to illness or travel disruption, a full refund will be issued to anyone registered for the event. 

• If a PVI event or workshop does not meet the required minimum number of participants at least one week in advance of the workshop, the workshop may be cancelled. A full refund will be issued to anyone registered for the event.

Singer Participant Cancellations

As professional singers, we understand that singers get sick and are sometimes left in the position where they must cancel last minute due to illness. 

• If a singer must back out of a PVI event or workshop, and is able to do so one week in advance, a full refund will be issued. 

• If a singer must back out of a PVI event or workshop up to 72 hours (3 days) in advance of the event, a 50% refund will be issued. If an alternate singer is able to fill the vacant spot and is confirmed, a full refund will be issued to the indisposed singer.

• If a singer must back out of a PVI event or workshop within 72 hours of the event, no refund will be provided. 

• If a singer must back out of a PVI studio class due to illness and can provide at least 24 hour notice to the instructor, every attempt will be made to provide the singer with a credit to sing on a future studio class.
